Istanbul Technical University Children Playground Tartan Ground Construction. The playground floor, which is applied as a hot cast tartan floor in place, is made of double colour. The tartan floor consists of two layers. There is a black SBR granule layer at the bottom and a coloured EPDM granule layer at the top. In this project, EPDM granules were applied in blue and red.
