As Reform Sports, we are proud to have successfully completed the Unguja Ukuu Sports Complex project that we brought to Zanzibar. This project, implemented in accordance with international standards, stands out as one of the important investments strengthening the sports infrastructure of the region.
Designed to meet modern needs, the field has been planned to meet not only today’s but also future usage requirements. Contributing to the increased involvement of youth in sports, the project also offers a long-lasting and functional usage area for local communities.

Scope of the Project
The Unguja Ukuu Sports Complex was implemented with the aim of providing a long-lasting, functional, and sustainable sports area to the Zanzibar region. The main elements of the project, built in accordance with FIFA standards, include:
- 7,140 m² football field in accordance with FIFA standards
- Artificial grass surface
- Parking area
- Multi-sport areas (Basketball, netball, volleyball)
- LED lighting systems in accordance with FIFA standards
- 2 dressing rooms
- 1 office
- Integrated functional areas
- Solar energy systems
Eco-Friendly Approach
The Unguja Ukuu Sports Complex not only offers a modern sports complex but also stands out with its eco-friendly features. The solar energy systems used in the project reflect a sustainable facility approach by supporting energy efficiency. Additionally, a high-performance and efficient lighting infrastructure has been provided with LED lighting systems used in accordance with FIFA standards.
Contribution to the Region
The Unguja Ukuu Sports Complex offers modern facilities that will support the meeting of youth with sports in Zanzibar. With its durable, functional, and sustainable structure, this project is aimed to serve the local people for many years and contribute to the development of sports.
