INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING SECURITY CAMERAS LOCATED IN THE SERVICE AREA OF REFORM SPORTS SYSTEMS INDUSTRY AND TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY

This information notice has been prepared by Reform Spor Sistemleri Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, to inform you regarding the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal basis, the method of collection, to whom it may be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK.

Video recordings are taken by security cameras located on the exterior of our service area, in building corridors, offices, production areas, meeting rooms, and cafeterias for the purpose of ensuring the security of our service area. The recording process is monitored by management and the IT department.

Your personal data in question is processed automatically based on the legal reason specified in Article 5 of the Law: “processing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.” In addition, your personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies in the event of legal disputes or upon request in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Article 20 of the Constitution stipulates that everyone has the right to be informed about personal data concerning themselves. Article 11 of the KVKK lists the rights of personal data owners.
