This information text has been prepared by Reform Spor Sistemleri Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal reasons, collection methods, possible transfers to third parties, and your rights under the LPPD.

Your personal data shared through the contact form on our website, including your name, surname, e-mail, city you applied from, and phone number, are processed for the purposes of conducting the necessary activities by our business units to enable relevant individuals to benefit from the products and services offered by our company, carrying out related business processes, and contacting you regarding your inquiry. Additionally, please note that we do not have absolute control over the information you provide in this form. We recommend that you do not share with us any personal data or special categories of personal data that you do not wish us to know.

These personal data are processed automatically based on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of the LPPD: “processing of personal data of the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract,” and will only be shared with judicial authorities in case of legal disputes.
