BRB Holding Chairman of the Board Harun Macit, Reform Sports General Manager Musab Macit, Deputy General Manager Responsible for Finance Hüseyin Özdemir, and Project Director Muhammed Şakir Odabaşoğlu; together with the ReformSports Zanzibar Technical Team operating under BRB HOLDING, carried out the opening of Gombani Stadium with the participation of the President of the United Republic of Tanzania Samia Suluhu Hassan, the President of Zanzibar Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, and the Zanzibar Minister of Information, Youth, Culture and Sports Tabia Maulidi Mwita.
Gombani Stadium has been brought to a modern structure following a comprehensive renovation and development process carried out from start to finish, in line with the goal of becoming one of the region’s most important sports and event venues with its 15,000-seat capacity.

Highlights from the Opening
On the pitch side, the playing surface, which is one of the most critical stages of the project, was completely renewed together with its drainage infrastructure, creating a safe, durable, and all-season ground. The security and camera infrastructure has been updated, and the necessary systems for safe stadium operation have been addressed with a holistic approach.
